Juneau Construction Company, LLC, headquartered in Atlanta, began operations in 1997 led by its husband and wife duo of Les and Nancy Juneau. Both partners had extensive experience
in the design and construction industry and held executive level positions with ENR Top 400 firms in Texas, Florida and Georgia, prior to Juneau Construction Company’s founding.
Today, Juneau Construction Company has grown to become the largest female-owned construction firm in Georgia, a Top 200 Southeast Regional Contractor and one of the premiere builders
of revenue-based higher education facilities (e.g. Student Housing Projects, Student Life Centers and Dining Halls) in the country.
The firm’s core markets include education, hospitality, historic preservation, multi-family/mixed use, senior living, recreational and cultural facilities.
While the firm has enjoyed an impressive, controlled growth pattern through booms and recessions, the Juneaus have stayed true to their culture of family and teamwork. It is part
