The word "family" has many different meanings for people. Juneau Construction Company
takes the word literally, in that our founding was within a family. But we also
derive meaning from the word in a broader sense in that our staff wants to see those
around them succeed, growing professionally and personally. Our endless support
for one another is demonstrated on a daily basis and seen clearly by our clients
and partners. When we asked our clients how they would describe Juneau based on
their individual and corporate relationships with our company, more than 90 percent
of them used the words "family" or "team" in their declarations.
There is ample evidence of why Juneau includes in its mission statement that we
are dedicated to "promoting family and teamwork." That is because this authentic
characteristic exists among our people. It guides our actions and is the chief reason
why those clients we have worked with in the past want to work with us again in
the future.
