Posted: 6/15/2010

Juneau Construction Company’s recent monumental years of production have resulted in a historic achievement.

In the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s annual ranking of the top construction companies in the state, Juneau earned the 22nd spot, placing it among the publication’s Top 25 for the first time in the company’s 14-year history.

“This is a profound accomplishment for our company,” Nancy Juneau, CEO, said. “To be ranked alongside some of the largest firms in our industry is an honor. While we remain focused internally on becoming the greatest construction firm Juneau Construction Company can be, we are extremely pleased to see our names on such a prestigious list.”

Since its founding in 1997, Juneau depth of experience has spanned a variety of public and commercial building types in markets in the state of Georgia, across the Southeast and throughout the United States. This work includes millions of square feet in higher education facilities, student housing, mixed-use, historic preservation, renovations, hospitality and sustainable projects.

“We view each project we undertake as an opportunity to pursue construction excellence in our quest to be the best in class,” Les Juneau, President, said. “I believe it is this basic, yet time-tested, approach to our work that is leading us to greater and greater heights in our industry.”

Juneau’s portfolio includes some of the most notable structures in the state. In recent years, Juneau has accumulated numerous awards for craftsmanship and building excellence. Juneau is proud of this body of work, the longstanding commitment to quality it represents and the fine people who dedicated so much time and energy in bringing these projects to life.
