Nancy C. Juneau, CEO
Nancy oversees and manages all business development, human resources and daily corporate
functions. Nancy is involved in all aspects of running Juneau Construction Company
from recruiting at college campuses, interviewing potential employees, overseeing
weekly officer meetings, attending owners’ meetings to reviewing monthly bonding
and G&A reports.
Leston J. Juneau, President
Les supervises all functions of the company, working closely with his operations,
business development and finance staff. Les is an expert at providing advanced construction
planning/management services. In concert with Nancy, Les guides the strategic planning
of Juneau Construction Company. Les’ specific focus is on the execution of Juneau’s
projects from pre-construction through construction, working closely with his clients,
project team partners and internal staff. In his more than 25 years in the construction
industry, Les has successfully managed $3 billion in commercial construction projects.
Todd
Weldon, Senior Vice President/South Georgia Division Manager
Todd is a Senior Officer at Juneau Construction Company and Manager of Juneau’s
South Georgia Office, located in Valdosta, Georgia. He oversees a staff of 12 as
well as a building program in excess of $30 million.
Jim
Davis, CFO
Jim is responsible for the overall management of Juneau's financial and accounting
operations. Jim provides leadership to the accounting staff while ensuring proper
execution of accounting principles and adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
Jim provides Juneau with sound experience and expertise in construction finance,
forecasting and planning. As a veteran of the construction industry with more than
15 years of industry experience, Jim provides Juneau with proven financial leadership.
He is a tremendous asset to Juneau.
Royce Elliott, Vice President and Quality Control Officer
In his role as an officer, Royce has the overall responsibility of all field operations.
His technical skills enhance his ability to adhere to and implement Juneau's principals
and procedures. While managing Juneau's superintendents, he ensures they have the
resources and training necessary to execute the critical functions of safety, schedule,
quality and cost compliance.
Eric
Kerley, Vice President - LEED AP
As an officer with Juneau Construction Company, Eric is a Team Leader from preconstruction
through close out. He works closely and confidently with our owners and design team
partners as well as his project team members, engineers and field supervisors who
manage the daily activities on our construction sites.
