University of Louisiana Lafayette - Student Housing

Juneau Construction Company is currently building a 2,600-bed student housing complex at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. The new buildings will feature a centralized, 2-story entry with adjacent reception desk and community amenities. The 4-story buildings will have a full masonry façade to match the existing facilities on campus. They have been carefully located to preserve the substantial Live Oaks that surround the project sites as well as to blend with and complement the adjacent renovated residence halls. Renovation work will include maintaining Harris Hall as traditional housing, repurposing Randolph Hall from housing to a student activity and learning center, converting the off-line and historic Buchanan Hall to general campus office space and allowing Alumni Hall to remain the home of the UL campus newspaper.
