McNeese State University - Burton Hall
Burton Hall is an existing 98,000-sf, 5-story residence hall on the McNeese State University campus. There will be demolition of the existing building and a new 150-bed, 3-story, 55,225-sf residence hall will be built in its place. This new residence hall will complement existing structures on campus with enclosed corridors. It will consist of four bedroom, two bath dormitories and two bedroom, one bath dormitories with living spaces.
