What led you to the construction industry?
I like to study and figure out how different things work together. And what I find
so rewarding and unique about my work is that when a job is completed, I can actually
see the finished product. It’s something that is tangible and will stand the test
of time.
What is it about your job that inspires you?
What inspires me about the work that I am doing is that there is always something
new to learn. That is an exciting aspect of this type of work. There is always someone
on our team who can teach me or show me a different way to solve a problem, and
that is an inspiration to me. I will endeavor to become that “teacher” as I move
up in the construction industry.
Why has Juneau been such a perfect fit for you?
Juneau is family oriented. It is small enough that people do not get lost in the
mix, but large enough to continue to grow.
