The Art Center Lofts is a new 42-unit condominium located on the Hillsborough River
in Downtown Tampa. The five-story structure consists of load-bearing CMU walls and
precast floor planks with a hard-coat stucco exterior. Units are one and two bedrooms
with both flats and townhomes. The unit interiors include Brazilian cherry wood
floors, granite countertops, large shower/tub combination units and large windows
with balconies in each unit. Building access is via an exterior elevator/walkway
with surface parking. Amenities include an outdoor pool and access to the Hillsborough
River.
