This project consisted of 4,500 square feet of high-end office build-out, including
new HVAC, electrical branch distribution, sprinkler and fire alarm systems. Finishes
include multi-level elliptical GWB soffits with matching carpet inserts. An upgraded
specialty light fixture package highlights the granite shelving in the lobby and
meeting rooms of this office space.
