Georgia State University Football Practice Facility - Juneau Construction Company was asked by Georgia State University to take this project over when it was 65 percent complete
and the original (low bid) contractor went into default.
The Georgia State University Football Practice Facility was a total renovation of an old Coca-Cola bottling facility that was originally constructed prior to The Civil War. It
is an approximately 12,000-sf structure that includes team meeting rooms, player position meeting rooms, coaches offices, film rooms, band storage areas and football storage areas.
A main entrance lobby and reception area were added to the front of the building. New parking lots and hardscape/landscape was also added to complete the project.
