Located in the heart of the Martin Luther King Jr. Historic District, Goode Van
Slyke incorporated modern architecture into the aging Chesterfield Laundry building.
Maximizing the use of original material in the building, including hardwood floors
and windows, proved an aesthetically pleasing challenge. While Goode Van Slyke occupies
15,600sf of the total building, other areas will include a full-service restaurant
and outdoor community theater.
