Listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings, this office building was
originally constructed in 1927. It was restored to its original grandeur, featuring
42 suites, 77 rooms and more than 1,300sf of meeting space. Portions of the roof
were removed to create an 8-story atrium in the center of the building. Additionally,
17-foot ceilings were restored in the lobby.
