The wood framed structure is a 3-4 split with cast-in-place concrete retaining/foundation
walls. Units range in size from 800 to 1000 square feet and include typical apartment
style amenities. Extensive common areas include a commercial grade kitchen. Exterior
finishes include cementitious siding along with brick and stucco accents. The project
is a part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development Program.
