This luxury loft development is positioned in the heart of downtown Atlanta’s Fairlie-Poplar
District. The units range in size from 800 to 1,500sf, and are situated in two buildings
connected by a skybridge overlooking a private courtyard on top of two levels of
parking. The exterior facade combines brick with European stucco, preserving its
historic surroundings. In traditional loft fashion, all homes have an open floor
plan with high ceilings, large windows and French doors. The street level includes
