This project consisted of construction of an 11,650 square-foot addition, including
40 new guest rooms with balconies, six suites, new in-ground pool, and exercise
room. The existing six-story Marriott was completely renovated including a new lobby
and full-service restaurant. Additional upgrades include 40 additional parking spaces,
a new gas-lighted fireplace and a wet bar for guests to enjoy.
