Located in one of the trendiest areas of Miami, this four-star, European style hotel
underwent a complete interior renovation of approximately 60,000 square feet. New
areas include a main lobby with lounge, open courtyard atrium, meeting rooms, business
center, ballrooms, elevator lobbies and major upgrades to all MEP systems. By combining
new construction, reconstruction and renovation, this 14-week project occurred while
the hotel remained fully operational.
