The Residence Hall Phase II Project at Oglethorpe University in DeKalb County consists
of bringing online 41 units, 148 beds, approximately 60,000sf within a 12-month
schedule. Construction is slab on grade with post-tension elevated slabs, metal
framing with a stone veneer and store fronts exterior, and wood trussed shingle
roofing. There are open loggias with translucent paneled roofing. The typical unit
consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a common living area and a common kitchen.
