Part of the Park Place South community in South Atlanta, Phases 3, 4 and 6 consist
of 196 condominium units situated in nine buildings. Totaling approximately 211,000sf,
each unit ranges in size from 750 - 1,400sf. Some units feature dens, balconies
and carports. Juneau actively sought the involvement of the community throughout
this project and achieved a minority participation rate of 44 percent.
