Juneau Construction Company is the design/builder for the renovation of Engram Hall at South Georgia College. This Student Success Center will provide a functional central location
for all student services. The second floor is to house offices for the Registrar, Admissions, Financial Aid and Student Counseling spaces. The first floor Cafeteria space will
be renovated as a multi-purpose room, serving multiple purposes for student use, with the existing adjacent kitchen providing a location for catering services when appropriate.
The project includes a major update and upgrade to the electrical system, the majority of which dates back to the original building construction. Energy conservation measures
including replacement of the original windows with energy efficient windows and the use of power conserving lighting and lighting controls are being incorporated into the project.
HVAC upgrades will also be incorporated into the project.
