Tiger Village II
Tiger Village Phase II will be a 91,924 sf, 3-story, 295-bed facility. The new student residence will be located on the
southwest side of the campus, near the college's baseball stadium. It will complement the first phase, Tiger Village I.
The units will be 2 bedroom, 1 bath semi-suite configuration with two single occupied bedrooms sharing a bath. Common areas
include a resident lounge with on-line gaming, multi-purpose classroom, computer lab, a central laundry room, kitchen, study
rooms and lobby with reception and security desk.
There will also be a resident manager’s apartment, as well as a suite for short-term stays with private entries to the exterior
of the building and to the interior corridor.
