The 2100-sf, new Community Center at Southern Polytechnic State University is part
of an overall project that included 194 new student housing units and 105,000sf
of renovated dormitories. The new Community Center, complete with a coffee house
and comfortable group seating along with a leasing office and mail room building,
are located at the center of SPSU’s housing development.
