Coyote Village is a 195,708 squarefoot housing complex built for the University of South Dakota. It is located next to the Dome and the future Student Wellness Center, and within
walking distance of the entire campus.
It has 175 units with 550 beds, including two- and four-bedroom options for students. Super suite units are equipped with kitchenettes, including full-sized refrigerators, a microwave
and a sink. Apartment units feature full kitchens with refrigerators, a microwave, range stove and a sink. Units have one bathroom per two students while four-bedroom units include
two bathrooms. Inside each fully furnished unit, students have hardwired Internet access to each single-occupied bedroom. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the
building. Coyote Village also has lounge areas for students, a central laundry facility, tanning booths, a convenience store, and SMART classroom and online gaming station technology.
Outside, Coyote Village features beautiful landscaping and multiple outdoor courtyard areas. This project is LEED Gold Certified.
