This project consists of new construction of a 6-story, 494 bed, 198units, 165,000sf
student housing facility on the Valdosta State University campus. The concrete masonry
structure will house a mix of double and single units with a central entry area
/ reception and a 2-story entry foyer. SMART classroom, game room, multipurpose
room, and kitchen complete the first floor. Georgia Hall is located on the Camellia
Trail on campus.
