This project consisted of a design build of Historic Palms Dining Hall, the main
kitchen/dining facility on Valdosta State University’s campus. The building interior
was demolished to the structure and reconstructed including a new clay tile roof,
MEP systems, outdoor patio, and upscale interior finish. New retail spaces, including
Quizno’s, Jazzman’s and Salsa Rico, were added to complement the traditional cafeteria
style dining provided previously.
